Our office for Softflame Solutions Private Limited is over in the Manjari area of Pune. We are situated in the Steel Riyal Estate at Budruk S. N 103/3. One of the things you notice right away is the railway gate nearby. You hear the trains coming through at different times of the day, which can be a bit loud if the windows are open, but we’ve mostly stopped noticing it. It’s a busy industrial-style estate, so there’s always trucks and people moving things around. Our space is pretty basic. We have some sturdy desks, a few computers, and a small area where we keep our bags and coats. It’s not a high-rise office with a view, but it serves us well. We do software work, and that keeps us busy from morning until evening. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the traffic near the gate, so we often stay late to let the cars clear out. We aren't interested in all that corporate stuff you see in the bigger tech hubs. We just like having our own space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. There’s a local tea shop not far from the estate where we go when we need a break. It’s a very grounded way to work, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep things moving and do our jobs without any fuss.
