We are situated in Old Sangvi, which is a part of Pune. Our office is on the 3rd Lane in Jaimala Nagar. It is a pretty standard neighborhood with a lot of houses and small shops all around us. We have been at this particular location for a good bit of time. Softcon Systems is the name we use for all our business. The office itself is not anything too big or impressive. It is just enough room for our desks and the various pieces of equipment we use every day. Usually, we start our day early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. Pune weather is usually nice, but the afternoons can get a bit much during the summer months. We have a few people working here with us. Everyone just does their own thing and we get along fine. We do not have meetings that last forever or anything like that. Instead, we just talk across the room when we need to say something important. Jaimala Nagar is a decent place to work because it is not as loud as the middle of the city. We get our work done and then we head home to our families. We do not have a flashy sign outside on the street. Just the address on the door. Most people find us by just knowing where 3rd Lane is. It is a simple life for us here and we like the quiet of the morning.
