Softbit Technologies Pvt.Ltd. is based out of 400, Mantra Nanded Phata on Sinhagad Road. If you know the area, you know the traffic can be a bit much during rush hour, but we like being here. We do a lot of computer work and software things that keep us glued to our screens most of the day. It's not a glass skyscraper or anything like that. Just an office where a few of us sit with our coffee and try to figure out coding problems. Sometimes we stay late because a project isn't behaving, and we end up ordering food from the place down the street. The office layout is pretty open, which means it gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once. We started small and just sort of stayed that way because it is easier to manage. Sinhagad Road has changed a lot since we first moved in. More buildings have gone up, but our routine stays about the same. We have a few plants in the corner that someone remembers to water every now and then. We don't have any scripted speeches for when people call. Usually, someone just picks up and tries to help out. It's a practical way to run a business. We focus on the tech side of things and let the work speak for itself. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work that needs to be done every day. We hope to stay here for a long time.
