Soft N Mation

Soft N Mation is located in Hadapsar, specifically in Agar Nagar Sector - 1. We occupy blocks 501, 502, and 503 in Block-J. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator isn't working right, but we have a good view of the area from up here. We focus mostly on automation and software side of things, but we’re not a huge corporation. We started out with just one small room and gradually took over the neighboring spaces as we got more work. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and the hum of servers. We don't have a formal dress code or any of those strict office policies. People come in, do their work, and we all head home when the job is done. Hadapsar is a growing area, and it’s been interesting to see all the new buildings go up around us while we’ve been here. Sometimes we have meetings that last too long, and other times we just sit around and troubleshoot things together. We have a lot of cables running across the floor, which is a bit of a trip hazard, but we know where everything goes. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We’re just local people who happen to be good at software and we enjoy being part of this neighborhood.
