Soft Aim Innovations Pvt Ltd is based in Warje at Shop No 301 on the 3rd Floor of Rahul Enclave. Our building is right by the Mumbai Bangalore Express Highway, so we hear the constant hum of trucks and cars rushing past all day long. It is a very busy part of the city and being on the third floor gives us a bit of distance from the street noise, though it never quite goes away. The office is a functional space with several desks pushed together and a lot of wires running along the floor. We are not the type of company that spends a lot on interior design. We have what we need to get the job done and that is about it. Most of our team lives in the Warje area or nearby, so we are very much a local group. We don't have a receptionist or a big boardroom. When we need to discuss something, we just pull up a chair and talk. The highway being so close is actually quite handy for getting around, even if the traffic gets backed up during rush hour. We spend our days working on various tech tasks and we don't really use any big words to describe it. It is just a regular office where people work hard, drink too much tea, and try to make things run as smoothly as possible without making a big deal out of it.
