You can find us over in Erandwane at the Satyam Industrial Estate. We occupy a few different units there—106, 108, and 109. It’s a bit of a spread-out setup, but it works for us. We’ve been dealing with computers for a long time. The industrial estate is a busy place with a lot of small businesses like ours. There’s always the sound of someone loading a truck or a machine running nearby. Our office is full of old monitors, spare parts, and stacks of paperwork. It’s definitely not one of those modern tech offices you see in the movies. We have desks cluttered with wires and half-assembled PCs. People bring in their computers when they stop working or when they need a specific part that’s hard to find. We do a lot of troubleshooting. Some days are spent just trying to figure out why a particular piece of software won't behave correctly. We aren't a huge team. We’ve known each other for years, so we work well together without needing a lot of rules. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get samosas for everyone. We don't spend much on marketing because most people find us through word of mouth. If you’re in Erandwane and need someone to look at your hardware, you’ll probably hear our name eventually. We just keep doing what we do, one repair at a time, in our little corner of the estate. It's what we know best and what we've done for a long time.
