We run Socitio Techmind out of a flat in the Rohini Building, which is part of the Dsk Vishwa complex in Dhayari. It is a bit of a climb since we are in Flat 602, but the view of Pune from up here isn't bad at all. Sinhagad Road is always packed with traffic, so we usually try to stay put once we get in. It is not your typical glass-and-steel office setup. It feels more like a workspace where people actually live and breathe the work. We have got our computers set up where the dining table probably should be. It is a quiet spot compared to the main city area, which helps us focus. We aren't a huge team, just a handful of us who know each other well. We do not go in for big titles or formal ways of doing things. If something needs doing, someone just grabs it and gets it done. There is usually a pot of tea going in the kitchen. We deal with tech stuff, mostly just figuring out how to make things work better for the people we help. It is honest work, and we like the independence of running our own small shop. We have been in this building for a bit now and the neighbors do not seem to mind us too much. It is just a normal day-to-day operation here in Dhayari, nothing more and nothing less. We keep the books tidy and make sure things get finished.
