Socionetx Technologies Private Limited

Our office for Socionetx Technologies is in Aundh, which is a pretty active part of Pune. We are in Siddarth Nagar, building 5/C, flat number 11. It’s a regular residential building where we’ve set up our workspace. Aundh has a lot going on, so it’s a good place to be if you need to run errands or grab food. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few rooms filled with computers and wires. It’s not exactly a decorator’s dream, but it’s where we get things done. We’ve been working out of this flat for a bit now. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Pune weather is usually okay, but the afternoons can get warm in the office. We just open the windows and keep going. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, so you really have to look for the building number. Most people who work here have been with us for a while. We know each other’s habits and how we like our tea. We don’t do things the corporate way with lots of rules and memos. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s fixed. It’s a straightforward way to spend the workday. We’re just a small team in a regular flat trying to build something decent.
