Our setup is in Flat EG1 at Namo Vihar, which sits along Hande Wadi Road in the Hadapsar area of Pune. It is a residential apartment complex, so our workspace feels more like a home than a typical office. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, and the road outside is always busy with bikes and cars heading toward the IT parks or the city center. Being in a ground-floor flat makes it easy for people to drop by without having to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs. We have converted the main rooms into our working area, with computers and cables spread out across the tables. It is a bit cluttered, to be honest, but we know where everything is. The kitchen area is where we keep the kettle for coffee, and that is usually the heart of the place during the long afternoons. We have a small balcony where we can step out for some air, though the noise from Hande Wadi Road is always there in the background. It is a convenient spot for us because we live and work in the same general area, which saves us from the worst of the Pune traffic. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things relatively quiet so we don't disturb anyone. It is just a small, independent operation running out of a flat, keeping things simple and focusing on the daily tasks we have on our plates.
