Smtech Softwares is located over on Anand Nagar R C Dutt Road in Alkapuri. Being in Alkapuri means we are in a pretty well-known part of the city and there is always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is quite straightforward. We have a row of desks, some cupboards for all our files, and a small area where we eat our lunch. The RC Dutt Road is usually busy so there is a constant stream of cars and people passing by which makes the place feel alive. Our team is made up of regular people who live nearby and enjoy the short commute. We don't have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. Usually, it is just us talking about whatever project is on the table that week. The computers are a bit older but they do the job just fine for the software work we do. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers and wires everywhere but that is just how we work best. We do not put on a show for anyone. If you come by, you will see us exactly as we are, probably arguing over a bit of code or sharing a snack. It is a very down-to-earth environment where nobody cares about being fancy or using big business words. We just like to focus on the technical side of things and go home on time.
