Smt Kashibai Navale General Hospital & Research Center is a big place located at S No 49/2, right along the Bangalore Mumbai Bypass in the Narhe Ambegaon Budruk area. Being so close to the bypass means there is always a lot of traffic and noise, but it also makes it easier for people to reach us from different parts of Narhegaon. It’s a busy hospital, and there’s always something going on, whether it's in the research wing or the general wards. I’ve worked here for a while, and the size of the place can be a bit overwhelming at first. We have a lot of different departments, and everyone is usually rushing from one place to another. It’s not a fancy private clinic; it’s a working hospital where real stuff happens every hour. The hallways are long, and you can always hear the sound of carts being pushed around or people talking in the distance. We have doctors, nurses, and researchers all doing their own thing under one roof. It’s a lot of coordination to keep a place like this running at S No 49/2. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty; the focus is just on the patients and the studies we’re doing. It’s a huge facility, but at the end of the day, it’s just a place where we try to help people get better or figure out new medical information. It's constant work but it's important for this area.
