We are located up on the 5th floor of Lokmanaya House. Our office is number 45, right on Paud Road in the Kothrud area. Being on the 5th floor means we have a bit of a view, though mostly we are looking at papers and screens all day. The building is at Plot No 44, and it’s a pretty well-known spot if you live around Kothrud. We handle the TPA side of things here. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication and keeping records organized. The office gets quite busy, especially during the middle of the week when the phone starts ringing more often. We’ve been at this location for some time now. It’s a decent place to work from because there are plenty of spots nearby to grab a quick lunch or tea. Our desks are usually piled with files, and the staff is always trying to keep up with the latest updates. We aren't into anything flashy. The office is just a regular workspace with some desks, chairs, and a small area for files. We try to keep things moving so nothing gets stuck on someone's desk for too long. Sometimes the lift in the building takes a minute, so we’ve learned to be patient. It’s a professional enough environment, but we keep it casual among ourselves. Just a group of people in Kothrud making sure the paperwork gets where it needs to go and the phones are answered.
