If you are looking for Sms. Limited, we are over at Plot No 356 in the Midc Ranjangaon area. We are right near the Mecl Company, which is a big landmark around here. Our building is a standard industrial unit. It’s not fancy or anything, just a lot of metal and concrete where the work happens. Most of the guys here wear boots and work gear because it’s that kind of place. We spend most of our time on the shop floor. It gets pretty noisy when the machines are running full tilt. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now. The traffic on the way into the industrial estate can be a headache in the mornings. Inside, things are organized but it’s definitely a working environment. There are spare parts and tools scattered on benches. We don't have a fancy lobby with coffee. Usually, if a guest comes, we just find a quiet corner to talk. We take the work seriously but we don't use big words to describe it. It’s just manufacturing and keeping the lines moving. The weather gets dry out here in Ranjangaon, so we drink a lot of water. It’s a busy spot but we like the routine of it. We just show up, do the shift, and head home. There’s a small canteen nearby where we usually go for lunch, which is the highlight of the day for most of us.
