You can find us at number 5 on Dhole Patil Road. This area has a lot of energy, and we fit right into that. We’ve been making pizzas here for a long time. The shop isn't very big, but we’ve made the most of the space we have. Most of our day is spent in the back with the ovens. We make our own dough and sauce, which takes up a lot of our morning. It’s a lot of physical work, kneading and prepping, but we’re used to it by now. The afternoon is usually quiet, but once evening hits, the phones start ringing and the walk-ins start coming. We have a few tables outside which are popular when the weather is nice. We try to keep the service simple and honest. If we’re running behind on a Friday night, we’ll tell you. We don't like making people wait without knowing why. Our customers are mostly folks who live in the apartments nearby or people out for the night on Dhole Patil Road. We aren't a big corporate chain with a fancy office; we’re just a small crew of people who know how to bake a pizza. It’s a good neighborhood to be in, and we enjoy seeing the familiar faces that stop by every week. The street outside is usually lined with parked cars and people walking to the nearby cafes. We've seen businesses come and go on Dhole Patil Road, but we've managed to stay put by just being consistent.
