We’ve been over here at Plot No.18/9 in Talwade for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Nigdi, right near the Jyotiba Mangal Karyalay. Most days it’s just us working through different engineering jobs and projects that come our way. The shop floor is always a bit noisy and there’s usually some grease around, but that’s just how engineering work goes. People find us because we’re tucked away in this part of the industrial zone. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We spend most of our time looking at drawings and making sure the parts fit like they’re supposed to. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a deadline is coming up, but we just keep our heads down and get through it. The traffic around the Karyalay can be a bit much on wedding days, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that’s in front of us and make sure it’s done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years since we first set up here. It’s mostly regular folks working hard and trying to get things out the door. If you walk into our place, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking tea and going over the schedule for the week. It’s just how we run things here in Talwade, nothing more to it. We don’t mind the noise.
