Smartita Private Limited

We’re tucked away in Shubhashree Woods, over in Pimple Saudagar. It’s a nice enough area of Pune, and our spot is in A3/3, survey number 128. Smartita Private Limited is basically just a group of us who enjoy working in a place that feels more like a home than a cubicle farm. It’s quiet around here, which is a nice change from the main roads. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the complex. There’s a small garden area nearby where we sometimes take our breaks. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our laptops, some uncomfortable chairs we probably should replace, and a lot of notebooks lying around. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. You just have to know which door to knock on. We’re not a big corporate team; we’re just people who know each other well. We eat lunch together most days and complain about the heat when the fans aren't enough. It’s a simple life. We do our work, we talk about our weekends, and we try to keep things moving. It isn't anything fancy, but it suits us just fine. We like the independence of being in a residential society. It feels more grounded and honest than being in a glass tower somewhere. If you visit, you might see some kids playing in the hallway, but it’s all part of the charm.
