Sky Link Mobile Services

Sky Link Mobile Services is tucked away in Swargate Amardeep Colony, specifically at Joytiba Nagar, Kalewadi 54. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but locals know where we are. We mainly focus on fixing mobile phones and helping people with their internet connections. The shop is small, so if three people come in at once, it feels full. I have a small desk where I keep all my tools and a magnifying lamp. Often, children come in with their parents' phones because they messed up some settings. I don't charge much for the small stuff like that. We have some posters on the wall that are a bit faded from the sun hitting them. The floor is tiled but has a few chips here and there. It doesn't affect anything, though. I started this because I was always the one my friends called when their electronics stopped working. Now, it’s my daily job. We sell some basic accessories like earphones and memory cards too. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside on the bench until it comes back. It is a quiet street for the most part. We try to be helpful and give people a fair price for repairs. We don't have a big team, just me and my younger brother learning the trade. We’re usually here until eight or so depending on the workload.
