Skunitech (Opc) Private Limited

Skunitech (Opc) Private Limited is based out of a residential-style setup in Kothrud, Pune. We are in Flat No. 10 of the Shree Vinayak Apartment, which is located in Happy Colony. If you know Pune, you know Kothrud is a really popular spot with a lot of energy. Happy Colony is a nice little pocket within it, located at S No. 167A, Plot No. 23. Since we are an OPC, which means a one-person company, it’s a very small operation. The office feels more like a home than a workplace, which actually makes it a pretty comfortable place to spend the day. We have our desks set up in what used to be a living room or a bedroom. It is quiet for the most part, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We work on various tech projects and handle everything ourselves. There is no corporate hierarchy or complicated meetings here. It is just about sitting down with a cup of coffee and getting the work finished. Kothrud has some great places to eat, so lunch is always something to look forward to. We have been in this flat for a while and it suits the way we work. We don't need a massive office in a tech park to do what we do. Being here in Shree Vinayak Apartment works out just fine for us and our clients.
