Skillsnbeyond It Solutions Privatelimited operates out of Tulip Regency Meadows in Dhanori. We are in Building A-3, Flat 704. It’s a residential complex, so it’s a very different vibe from a commercial office park. We’ve set up our workspace here because it’s convenient and keeps things simple for us. It’s mostly just a few computers and some filing cabinets in one of the rooms. Dhanori is a growing part of the city, and we like being a bit away from the main chaos. Our daily routine involves a lot of sitting at the computer and handling IT solutions for different people. We don't have a receptionist or a big boardroom for meetings. Usually, we just sit around the dining table if we need to discuss something together as a team. It feels more like a home than an office, which is fine by us. Sometimes you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing or someone’s car starting up downstairs. It keeps us grounded while we work. We don’t go in for big marketing talk or fancy titles. We’re just a small group trying to provide decent IT help to those who need it. Most of our work comes from people who know us or live nearby in Pune. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s ours. We spend our days working through technical problems. It's a quiet, steady kind of business.
