Skill-Ar Technologies Private Limited is located at the Waterfront in Kalyani Nagar. We’re in B Wing, Flat 401. It’s a decent spot in Pune, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive after ten in the morning. The office is basically a converted flat, which gives it a more relaxed feel than those glass buildings you see downtown. We have a few desks set up and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles and diagrams. It’s a small group of us working on various tech projects. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, though the Pune dust can be a bit much for the computers. Most of our days are spent sitting in front of screens, drinking tea, and talking through problems. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that here. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts every day. It’s a practical way to work without any fuss. Kalyani Nagar is a good area with lots of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We’ve been here for a while and the building staff knows us well. We don't really do big presentations or have a glossy brochure to show off. If someone needs to know what we do, they usually just come by for a chat. It’s a low-key operation at Skill-Ar. We just focus on the technology and try to keep things moving. It’s a good rhythm we’ve got going here.
