We are located at Flat No 8 in the Pramath Cooperative Housing Society, which is in Mohan Nagar, Chinchwad. It is a typical housing society office, so it has a very local and friendly feel to it. Chinchwad 19 is a busy industrial and residential mix, and being in Mohan Nagar puts us right in the middle of a lot of families and small businesses. We work on software stuff here at Skill Resource, but we don't have a high-tech lab or anything fancy like that. It is just a few of us in a flat with our laptops and a decent internet connection. We have some bookshelves filled with old manuals and a small kitchen area where we make tea. The society is usually quiet during the day when everyone is at school or work, which helps us focus on our coding and resource management. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello or ask about something. It is a very grounded way to run a software company. We have been in this flat for a bit and it suits us just fine. We don't need a big glass tower in a tech park to get our work done. Being in a housing society means we stay connected to the real world while we work on our digital projects. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here in Chinchwad, where the work gets finished and we can head home without a long commute.
