Skill Resource Software Pvt Ltd is over in Baner Gaon at 102. It’s a fairly straightforward setup we have here. We chose this location because it’s easy for most of us to get to and it’s not right in the middle of the heavy traffic. Our day usually starts around nine when the first few people trickle in and start the machines. We’ve been at 102 for a while now and it’s become like a second home for the staff. The walls are a bit plain and we could probably use some new chairs but the ones we have are broken in just right. We handle software stuff but we don’t talk about it in that way that makes your head spin. It’s just work to us. We have our routines and our favorite places to grab a bite nearby when we aren't eating at our desks. Baner Gaon has a lot of energy these days but our little corner remains pretty calm. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say so this is just us being honest about what we do. We show up, we do the coding or whatever else is needed, and we make sure the clients are satisfied with what they get. It’s not a fancy life but it’s a good one and we like the people we work with every day.
