Our office is on the second floor of Trimurti Corner. We’re right above the Bank of Maharashtra in Pimple Gurav. It’s a handy location since everyone knows where the bank is. We do a lot of work with technology solutions. It’s mostly technical stuff, looking at screens and making sure software or systems are running right. It’s not always the most exciting work to talk about at a party, but it’s important. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a full crew in, but it keeps things lively. We aren't into those fancy corporate perks you hear about. We just have a small kitchen for tea and coffee. Pimple Gurav is a nice enough place to work from. There’s a lot of activity on the street below. Sometimes the noise from the traffic drifts up, but you get used to it after a week or two. We started out with just a couple of desks and now we’ve filled up the floor. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just do the work and hope people like it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn’t too bad. We just show up, do our bit, and go home to our families when the day is done and the computer screens are finally dark.
