Site Engineer

Our office is located at Plot No 57 in the Niwara Housing Society, which is in the Dhankawadi area of Pune. It’s a pretty established residential neighborhood. Being in Pune, specifically around the 411043 pin code area, we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. We work as site engineers, so we are rarely just sitting at a desk. Most of our time is spent out on various plots across the city, making sure the contractors aren't cutting corners. The Niwara Housing Society is a quiet place to come back to after a long day of noise and dust. We use the space there to review blueprints and talk to clients about their projects. We don't have any flashy marketing or a sales team. Most of our work comes from word of mouth among the people living in Dhankawadi and nearby parts of Pune. It’s about being honest about how much steel is needed or why a certain wall needs to be thicker. The weather in Pune is usually okay, but the rainy season can really mess with the schedules. We just take it as it comes. We’ve got a few desks and some cupboards full of old project files. It is a very down-to-earth operation. We are just local engineers who know the city well and want to do a decent job for the people here. We hope the work speaks for itself.
