Sitai

Sitai is located at Shukrawar Peth, specifically at Jessore Road 1380. It’s an address that’s been around for a long time. The building has a bit of history to it, and you can tell by the way the doors creak. I spend most of my days here at Sitai, keeping things running. Shukrawar Peth is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of movement outside. Sometimes the traffic on Jessore Road gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have any shiny signs or big advertisements. Most people find Sitai because they live nearby or someone told them where we are. Inside, it's just a regular setup with a few tables and chairs. We do our daily tasks, talk to the people who come in, and try to stay organized. It is not always easy with so much going on at Jessore Road 1380, but we manage. I like the routine of opening up in the morning and seeing the neighborhood wake up. There’s a tea stall not far from us that smells great every morning. Working at Sitai feels like being part of the fabric of Shukrawar Peth. We aren't trying to change the world, just providing what we can from our little corner. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the local community here in this part of town.
