Singh Mobile Shoppee is situated on the 2nd Floor in Balaji Nagar, specifically along Pune Satara Road 4. Because we are up on the second floor, it is a bit quieter than the shops right on the street level, though we still hear the constant roar of the traffic from the main road. We spend our time in a small room filled with glass displays and a workbench covered in delicate instruments. Our main work involves fixing mobile phones that people have dropped or that have just stopped working for no clear reason. It is very precise work that requires a lot of patience and a steady hand. We also sell a variety of accessories like tempered glass, headphones, and chargers. We don't have a big marketing budget or bright neon signs. Most people find us because they live nearby in Balaji Nagar or they saw our small board on the way to work. We talk to people plainly about their phone problems and try to give them a fair idea of the repair time. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded with people waiting, so we just try to work as efficiently as we can. It’s a simple setup where we focus on repairs and small retail sales. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and enjoy being part of the local business community. It’s just a regular day of fixing gadgets.
