Sindekar Prakash Eaknath here. We've been at 487 Raviwar Peth for a while now. Agripada is a busy spot. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others handling things day to day. We don't have a fancy office or anything. It's just a regular space where work gets done. People usually find us because they know the neighborhood or someone told them where we are. Dealing with the traffic around here is something you get used to after a few years. It’s noisy outside but we keep busy inside. Sometimes the door sticks in the monsoon. We just do our thing. If you're looking for us, we are right there in the middle of it. It’s not hard to find if you know the street. Most of our neighbors have been here as long as we have. We don't do much advertising or anything like that because word of mouth is usually enough. It’s a simple setup. We try to keep things straightforward. No big corporate meetings or long emails. Just local work for local people. If you drop by, someone is usually around unless we're out on a call. We've seen the area change quite a bit lately but the building stays the same. It's a practical place for what we do. Not much else to say really. We just show up and get on with it every morning. Our coffee isn't great but the work is steady and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and finish the day.
