Sincore Steel

Our setup is right here in Kothrud, specifically at Dhanlaxmi Park. Being based in Pune, especially in this part of town, keeps us right in the middle of everything. It’s a bit unusual being in a flat like B4/25, but it works for how we handle our business. We deal with steel supplies and talk to contractors and builders throughout the week. The traffic around here can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don’t have a massive showroom with bright lights. Most of our time is spent on the phone or checking orders to make sure things go where they are supposed to. It's a local operation, run by people who live and work right here. We know the roads and the shortcuts around Pune 38 well. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something to organize. We handle the paperwork and the coordination from our small space. It's practical and doesn't involve much fuss. We try to keep things straightforward for anyone who gets in touch. No big corporate meetings here, just us making sure the steel gets delivered to the sites that need it. It’s a steady way to earn a living, and we enjoy being part of the local community in Kothrud. We've been here for a bit now and know the local needs fairly well, so we just keep at it.
