Simply Delicious

Simply Delicious is found at Patil Nagar 29/6/1. It is a modest little kitchen and shop where we spend our time cooking and packing up food. The space is mostly taken up by the stove and the prep tables so there isn't much room for anything else. We start chopping vegetables and getting the dough ready early in the morning so everything is fresh. The walls have a few simple shelves for spices and containers and the floor is just plain cement that we wash down every night. It gets very hot when all the burners are going and we usually have a small fan that just moves the warm air around. People from Patil Nagar come by for a quick meal or to take something home for their families. We don't have a big menu and just stick to what we know how to make well. The sounds of pans clanking and oil sizzling are constant throughout the day. We have a small window where we hand out the orders and sometimes there is a short line of people waiting on the sidewalk. It is a humble setup and we don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the kitchen stays clean. It is hard work being on your feet all day but we like the routine of it.
