Simply Delicious

We are located over at Bavdhan, specifically at 29/6/1. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main city. Simply Delicious started out small, and to be honest, it’s still pretty small. We didn't want anything too complicated. It’s just a place where we cook the things we like. My cousin helps out in the back sometimes when it gets busy. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen just trying out different recipes. Not everything works out perfectly every time, but we keep at it. The regulars who live in the apartments nearby usually stop in for a quick meal. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. It makes the place feel more like a community. We have a couple of tables out front if you want to sit down. Most people just take their food and head home though. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the cooking going on, there’s always a bit of flour or something on the counter. It’s a real working kitchen, you know? Nothing is staged for a photo. We just open the doors and start cooking. Sometimes we forget to change the chalkboard menu for a day or two. It’s just us doing what we can. Bavdhan has changed a lot lately, but we’re still right here. We hope to stay here for a long time. It is a good place to be and we like the people around here.
