Our office is in the Sungrace building over at Survey No. 19 in Rohit Nagar, Bavdhan. Bavdhan is a nice part of Pune because it feels a bit more open and less congested than the city center. Our office is in the Sungrace building, which is a fairly standard office block. Inside, we have a workspace that we’ve filled with our computers and tech gear. It’s not the most stylish place in the world. We have mismatched chairs and a few desks that have seen better days. Since we focus on technology, there are usually a lot of wires and cables snaking across the floor, which we really should tidy up one day. We aren't a big firm, just a small group of people who enjoy building things. We don’t have a human resources department or a dedicated cleaning crew; we just take care of things ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think, which is a plus. We usually spend our mornings working through the harder problems and then use the afternoons for the more routine tasks. Sometimes we go out to the local tea shop to take a break and chat about things that aren't related to work. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches. We just like what we do and we’re glad to have a place where we can do it together. It’s just a normal office in a normal part of town.
