Simplapp Software Private Limited is situated in the Dhayari area of Pune. Specifically, we are in Flat Number 302, which is part of Bageshri in Lane Number 30/31. This is over in Taluka Haveli. Pune has grown so much that places like Dhayari are now buzzing with small businesses like ours. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s on the third floor and looks out over the local residential lanes. There is usually some traffic noise from the main roads nearby, but inside it’s mostly just us and our computers. We have a few rooms filled with desks, chairs, and a lot of power strips. It’s not a polished corporate environment, but it serves us well for writing software. Most of the people working here are from the Pune area, so we talk about the local weather or the latest construction on the roads. We don't have a cafeteria, so we usually just head out to the local spots in Dhayari for a quick bite. Being in a residential building means we know the watchman and some of the neighbors. It makes the whole work experience at Simplapp feel a bit more personal and less like a grind. We keep things straightforward here, focusing on our coding and projects without any unnecessary extras. It’s just a regular group of people working hard in a flat in Pune, trying to get things done.
