Simin Softsys Private Limited

Simin Softsys Private Limited is over in the Dhanori area of Pune. We are in Flat Number 304 of the D S Girivihar building. This part of Pune is growing fast, but our building still feels like a regular neighborhood spot. We aren't in one of those huge IT parks on the other side of town. It’s a simple setup in a residential block. We have a few rooms filled with computers and extra monitors. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are a bit mismatched, but it works for us. We spend our days dealing with software systems and technical issues. It’s just a small team of us working together. There’s no big hierarchy here. If someone has an idea, they just shout it out. We take our breaks on the small balcony and watch the traffic go by on the street below. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy during rush hour, but we’re used to it. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on whatever project is on the screen. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending too much on things we don't need. We appreciate the quiet moments in the morning before the day really gets started. It’s just a normal office run by normal people who know their way around a computer. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing much. The grocery store downstairs is where we get our daily snacks.
