We run Silver Office Automation from our office at Hadapsar Revenue Colony 38. Most of our work involves machines that businesses use every day—things like printers, scanners, and copiers. It’s not the most exciting stuff, but offices can’t really function without them. We spend a lot of time out on calls, visiting different companies to fix a paper jam or refill toner. When we’re not out, we’re here at the colony shop checking over parts or testing refurbished machines. The space is filled with the smell of ink and warm electronics. We’ve been in Hadapsar for several years, so we know the local business crowd pretty well. We don't have a massive showroom with bright lights. Instead, we have a workspace where we can actually get things fixed. Customers usually call us when something stops working, and we try to get there as soon as we can. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and dealing with technical manuals. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, which is frustrating for everyone, but we keep the communication honest. We aren't trying to sell anyone the most expensive machine; we just want to give them something that actually works for their daily tasks. It’s a practical way to make a living, and being in Revenue Colony makes it easy for people to find us. We keep the machines running so they can do their jobs.
