Siliconsoft Technologies Private Limited is basically just us working out of a spot on Mandwa Road in Ambajogai. If you know the Tuljabhawani colony area, that’s where we are. It’s pretty quiet out here in Beed compared to the big cities, but we like it that way. Most days we are just hunched over our desks doing tech stuff. The office is actually registered at Manisha Suresh Goswami’s place. It’s not some fancy glass building you’d see in Mumbai or Pune. We just have our computers and a decent internet connection. Sometimes the power goes out, but we deal with it. We started this because we wanted to do something local. It’s mostly just a few of us trying to keep things running. Usually, someone brings in snacks from the market nearby around tea time. We don't really have a big corporate team or anything like that. Just regular people who happen to know a bit about software and tech. The address says Mandwa Road and that’s exactly where you’ll find the bikes parked outside. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or office furniture. As long as the chairs are comfortable enough to sit for a few hours, we’re happy. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the work that comes in and try to finish it before the sun goes down. It gets dusty outside during the summer, but inside it’s just us and the humming of the fans. We’re just a small Beed company trying to do our part and stay busy.
