Silicon Infotech

Silicon Infotech is based out of Plot No 12 in the Manisha Housing Society. We are located in the Chikli area, which is part of the Haveli district in Pune. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but it’s a good area for a business like ours to be. We work out of a building that fits right into the residential surroundings. It’s not a shiny glass tower like some of the IT parks in Hinjewadi. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We handle a variety of tech-related tasks, and some days are definitely more frustrating than others when code doesn't work or the hardware acts up for no reason. We aren't a huge firm with thousands of employees; we’re a smaller group that knows each other well. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though we do stay busy most of the time. Being in a housing society means we see the same people every day and it feels like a real community. We don't put on airs or pretend to be something we’re not. We just offer our technical skills to whoever needs them and try to be as helpful as we can without all the corporate fluff. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we might leave a bit early if the weather is nice. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us here in Chikli.
