We are based out of Flat No. 105 in the Kiran Sankalp building, which is at Sr No 128 here in Pune. It’s a residential-style setup which actually makes for a fairly calm working environment compared to a busy commercial hub. Being in the 411021 zip code, we are tucked away enough to avoid the worst of the city noise. We’ve got a few rooms set up with desks and chairs. It’s where we handle various global solution tasks, which sounds like a lot, but mostly it involves a lot of coordination and looking at data on our screens. The flat gets decent light in the morning, which is nice when you’re starting the day with a coffee. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us making sure everything runs like it should. We’ve been in this Maharashtra location for a bit now and have grown fond of the local shops nearby for lunch breaks. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just a regular office life for us. We don’t have a receptionist or anything fancy; if someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s simple and it gets the job done without any extra fuss. We spend a lot of time on calls or writing up documents. It’s honest work and we stay pretty focused on the daily list of things to do.
