Sibella Technologies

You’ll find Sibella Technologies over on the 5th Main Road in Hampinagar, right behind the Sushrut Hospital. We’re on the 9th Cross in Chinchwad. It’s a bit of a specific location, but once you know the hospital, it’s easy to find us. We’ve been working out of this space for a bit now. It’s a tech office, but don't expect any beanbag chairs or ping-pong tables. We just have regular desks and a lot of computers. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when we’re trying to code or figure out a technical problem. We’re a small group, and we’ve mostly known each other for years. It’s the kind of place where someone brings in snacks to share and we all take a break at the same time. The office isn't always the cleanest, especially with cables running everywhere, but we know where everything goes. We started this because we liked working on technology and wanted a place of our own to do it. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just handle the work that comes in and try to do a decent job of it. Sometimes customers come by to talk about a project, and we just sit in the small break area and hash it out. It’s a low-key way of running a business, and it suits us just fine. We just take things one day at a time here, getting through the tasks on the desks.
