We’ve been running Shyontech India Pvt Ltd from the second floor of Omkar Properties for a while now. If you know the Bakori Road area in Wagholi, we’re right near Oxy Valley Phase 1. It’s a busy spot in Pune, but we managed to find this space that works for what we do. Our team comes in every morning, gets the coffee going, and starts on the day's tasks. It’s not a huge fancy office, just a practical place where people actually work. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking through projects. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Wagholi is a bit much, but that’s just how it is here. We try to keep things simple. There isn’t a lot of fluff in how we operate. Most of us have lived in Pune for years, so we understand the local rhythm. We’ve got desks, computers, and a lot of focus. When people visit, they usually find us busy with some technical thing or another. It’s quiet enough to get things done but close enough to the main road to be accessible. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy presentations. If you walk up to the second floor, you’ll see us just handling the daily grind. It’s a decent setup we’ve built here over time. We just focus on the work sitting in front of us and try to get through the list before heading home to our families.
