Sector 27 in Nigadi is a pretty quiet part of the PCNTDA area, at least during the mornings. We are based at Plot Number 383P, which is where Shubhtech Innovations Private Limited is currently set up. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address when people ask, but it's where we do our thing. This part of Pune is actually quite organized compared to some of the older sectors you might see nearby. We have been here for some time now, and it feels like a good fit. The office is really just a regular building on a regular street, nothing flashy or impressive to look at. We just focus on our tech work and try to stay out of the way of the neighbors. Most people around here are either locals who have lived here forever or workers from the nearby industrial zones. It feels like a very grounded, practical place to work. You definitely won't find any big marble statues or fancy art in our little lobby area. It is just desks, chairs, and computers everywhere. Nigadi is a decent spot because you have everything you need close by, like the small shops and banks. There are some okay places to eat around the corner when we get tired of the home-cooked lunch boxes we bring. The plot itself is fairly easy to find once you get into the sector. It's just a simple setup.
