Shubhash Provision Stores

We’ve been running Shubhash Provision Stores here in Pimple Saudagar for quite some time now. Our shop is tucked into Kapad Ganj 3, which gets pretty crowded, especially during the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. It’s just a regular place where we stock the basic things people need every day. You’ll see bags of rice, different kinds of dals, soaps, and those little snack packets kids always ask for. The shelves aren't always perfectly straight because we’re constantly moving things around to make room for new stock that arrives on the trucks. Sometimes the delivery guys come late, and we have to stack crates near the door, which makes it a bit tight to walk inside. Most of the people who come here are our neighbors from around the block. We know who wants which brand of tea without them even saying it. It’s not fancy, and the fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high, but it keeps the place cool enough. We open up early in the morning, around the time the milk arrives, and stay until the street lights have been on for a while. Usually, someone is sweeping the front or checking if the biscuit packets are dated right. It’s just how we spend our days, talking to the regulars and making sure we don't run out of sugar or oil when someone needs it for dinner.
