Shruge Systems Llp

Our small team at Shruge Systems Llp works out of Manjari Greens II. It’s located on Solapur Road in the Manjari Bk area of Pune. Specifically, we are in building A-E401. It’s a residential complex, so it’s got a very different vibe than a downtown office block. You have to go through the main gate and past the garden to find us. We’ve been here for a bit, and we like that it feels like a neighborhood rather than a cold business district. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. We have plenty of light coming through the windows, which is nice when you’re staring at screens all day. Pune traffic can be a nightmare, so being on Solapur Road means we see a lot of it from the window, but inside it stays fairly calm. We mostly spend our time dealing with systems and technical stuff. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the kitchen. We don't have any grand reception area or anything like that. People who come to see us usually just knock on the door like they’re visiting a friend. It’s a practical way to work without all the extra costs of a big fancy office. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized in our own way. It's not perfect but it works for us and the work gets done anyway.
