Shrtech Solution Private Limited is over in Wakad, at S.No. 228/5/1 in Kaspate Wasti. We operate out of Flat 17 in Swapanpurti Park. It’s a residential area, so it’s got a very different feel than an industrial park. We like it that way because it feels more personal. The office is basically a flat that we've filled with servers and workstations. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent looking at code or talking to clients about their tech requirements. We aren’t big on fancy titles or formal meetings. We usually just talk over the desks to get things sorted out. Wakad is a busy place these days, with so much construction and new people moving in. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot since we moved into Swapanpurti Park. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the elevator is slow, but we just roll with it. It’s a small, dedicated team here. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. We just have people who know how to work with computers and software.
