Shri Sai Foods

We've been here at Midc Ranjangaon for a while now. It's out on Ashram Road, near the Ganpati area. It’s mostly industrial around us, so things stay pretty loud and busy during the day. We spend most of our time just getting the food ready and making sure everything is in place before the lunch crowd starts coming in from the factories. It’s a lot of work, honestly. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the summer months. My family helps out sometimes when it gets too packed. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just make the meals, pack them up, and get them to people who are usually in a hurry to get back to their shifts. Usmanpura 147 is where the shop is, right on the main road. Some days are slow, which is nice for catching up on cleaning or fixing the equipment. Other days, we can barely keep up with the orders. You see the same faces every morning. Most of the guys working in the nearby plants stop by. It’s just how it goes here. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us trying to keep things moving. The road outside gets dusty with all the trucks passing by. It’s just a normal spot doing what we can. Sometimes we run out of things early, and that's just part of it. We keep things simple because that’s what works for us in this part of town.
