We run our catering business out of the Aundh Camp area, specifically near Shantiniketan Society. Most people know the landmark near the Aundh Post or the Bhagirathi Jagtap Diary. We started doing this because we liked cooking for large groups of people. It’s not a big corporate catering firm with shiny trucks. Usually, it’s just us and a few helpers getting the stoves ready and chopping vegetables. We handle all sorts of events, mostly local parties and small gatherings around the 411027 area. Cooking for a crowd is a lot of work, and things can get pretty hectic in the kitchen when a deadline is coming up. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling other neighbors about us. We try to keep the food simple and tasty, the kind of stuff you'd actually want to eat at a party. Sometimes we have to work late into the night to get everything packed and ready to go. The kitchen is always busy with the smell of spices and the sound of pots clanging. We've been in this neighborhood for a long time, and we know what people like to eat here. We just show up, do the job, and make sure there's enough food for everyone. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of people's celebrations. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be for our customers.
