Shree Telly Communication

Our shop, Shree Telly Communication, is located right at Thergaon Phata. It’s a spot that most people in this part of town know because of the junction. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with all sorts of communication needs. Most of our day is spent helping people with their mobile connections or fixing handsets that have stopped working. The shop itself is pretty modest. We have a few display units and a counter where we do all the paperwork and small repairs. The traffic at the Phata is constant, so there’s always a bit of dust coming in through the open door. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass to keep the phones looking decent. It’s not just about selling things; people often come in just to ask questions about how to use their new gadgets. We don’t mind helping out. The local tea seller brings us chai twice a day, which is something we always look forward to. It’s a very local vibe here. We know the other shopkeepers on the strip, and we often help each other out if someone needs change or a tool. We don't have a big corporate structure or a mission statement pinned to the wall. It’s just us working hard to keep the business going and making sure we have the parts people need when they come in. Sometimes we stay open late if there’s a lot of work to finish.
