We are located in Chandan Nagar, right on the 67th Cross in the 5th Block. If you know where Bashyam Circle 3 is, you can find us pretty easily. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough room for a couple of glass counters and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. Most of our days are spent looking at small screens or trying to figure out why a phone won't turn on. It gets a bit repetitive, but every phone has a different problem. We have a lot of different cases hanging on the walls, mostly because people like to change the look of their phones every few months. The lighting in here is a bit bright, but it helps when you are trying to find tiny screws that fell on the floor. Outside, the street is always busy with bikes and people heading to the market. We get a fair amount of dust coming in from the road, so we are constantly wiping down the counters. It is just a regular local shop where we do our best to get people’s gadgets working again. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes the tea from the stall next door is the highlight of the afternoon. We stay open until late because that is when most people are free to stop by. It’s a simple life here.
