Shree Meta Fab

We are located at S.No.64/5 in the Chintamani Industrial Estate over in Vadgaon Bk. It’s a bit of a drive out, but it’s a good spot for fabrication work. The estate is full of small units like ours, all making different things out of metal and steel. Our shed is pretty large, which we need for moving big sheets of material around. The floor is scarred from years of dragging heavy equipment and metal parts. We don't have air conditioning, so the big fans are always running, especially during the summer months when it gets really hot under the metal roof. There’s a small cabin in the corner where we keep the blueprints and the computer, but mostly we are out on the floor. The noise is constant—clanging, cutting, and the sound of the forklifts outside. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear your best clothes to. Everyone here wears sturdy boots and old shirts. We know our neighbors well; we often borrow tools or help each other out with heavy lifting. Vadgaon has grown a lot, but this industrial estate feels like its own little world. We just focus on the task at hand at Shree Meta Fab, making sure the measurements are right and the welds are solid. It’s basic, manual work that requires a lot of patience. When the day is over, we wash the grime off our hands and head home, ready to do it again tomorrow. It’s a long day, but it feels good to finish a project.
