Shree Ganesha Enterprises

Shree Ganesha Enterprises has been here in Pimpri 1 for a good while now. The shop opens early, usually around nine, unless the traffic near the main road is backed up more than usual. It’s a busy spot. You see the same people walking past every morning heading to work. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized on the shelves because dust settles fast in this part of town. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the place cool enough. My cousin helps out when things get busy in the afternoon. We don't have a fancy sign or anything, just the name painted up there. It’s mostly just us handling what needs to be done. Some days are slow, so we sit by the door and watch the scooters go by. It’s not a large place, but it fits what we need. We keep the inventory stacked in the back room, which is a bit of a squeeze to get into. If you look for us, we're right there where the street narrows. The neighbors are good people, mostly other small shops. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Buildings going up, more cars, more noise. But we just keep doing what we do every day. It’s a simple routine. We lock up around eight and head home. That’s pretty much how it goes here. The tea stall next door is where we get our drinks, and sometimes we share a snack with the others.
