Shree Ganesh Super Shopee

Our shop is located in Baner Gaon, right near the 3rd Cross. It’s a busy little corner on Magadi Road 17. The space is narrow, so we have to be smart about how we stack the rice bags and the oil tins. Every morning starts with the same routine of moving some of the displays outside to make more room for people to walk inside. We carry a bit of everything, from laundry soap to loose tea leaves. It’s the kind of place where neighbors stop to chat while they wait for their groceries to be bagged. The Cholurpallya area is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the road for a bit, and we have to rush to unload the crates. We don’t have any of those self-checkout machines. We just use a calculator and a notebook to keep track of things. The shelves are wooden and a bit worn out at the edges. We know who likes which brand of flour and who always forgets to bring their own bag. It’s a simple life behind the counter. On hot days, we keep the door wide open to catch any breeze from the street. It’s just a local super shopee trying to keep the shelves full for the people living nearby. There is nothing more to it than that.
